Beyond Economic Repair (BER)

In some cases, an appliance may be beyond economical repair, meaning the cost of fixing it would outweigh the value or lifespan of the machine.
If this happens, a £20 call-out fee applies to cover inspection time and travel.

We will always be honest and straightforward, if repairing your appliance doesn’t make sense financially, we will tell you. Where possible, we can also advise on refurbished replacement options or responsible recycling.
